Raul did a great job clearing a really badly clogged kitchen sink drain, which was clogged deep into the basement line. He progressively worked the problem, keeping me informed the whole time. I had a finished basement so he had to be especially careful. I had a previous plumber come out a few months earlier and it re-clogged. Raul specifically identified the location, showed me how it was cleaned out, and set it up so that if the problem happens again we have a better way to clean it out. Highly recommended.
Rual was a pleasure to work with! My water heater pipes started leaking and he was able to come out next day to check it out. I had called a myriad of other service providers and every single one of them was quick to quote me for a new water heater instead of actually trying to address the problem. Raul did an impeccable job snaking out and unclogging a blocked drain in my master bathroom. He also replaced a toilet flapper as well as performing some work on a leaking faucet in my half bath. He answered his phone right away, and provided me with a quote prior to beginning the job. He is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, and walks you through every step of the process. I would highly recommend him. His pricing is also reasonable. 5 out of 5 stars!

Raul is an amazing professional and a great person. He came out to our home on a Saturday last minute to replace a defective thermostatic mixing valve on our boiler so that my 6 month pregnant wife could have hot water for shower/baths. He identified the problem in minutes when he first came over and he stayed until he knew the problem was fixed. I will definitely be using his services again in the near future!
From the starting phone call, Raul was fair and professional, unlike the others I had called. He constantly kept me informed of his arrival time and when he arrived ( during the corona nightmare) he was wearing a mask and gloves and put on shoe covers before coming in. Got the job done quickly with no drama, a truly nice young man who will go far in the business, very impressive. Not the “ass crack” grouchy plumbers I have experienced in my life.
